<p>The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of yoga training combined with a healthy lifestyle in reducing postural abnormalities and improving social acceptance among individuals with poor posture and physical inactivity. This experimental study employed a pretest–posttest control-group design with a follow-up phase. The statistical population consisted of individuals with poor posture and sedentary behaviors who were assigned to experimental and control groups based on the inclusion criteria. Data were collected using standardized instruments for assessing postural abnormalities and a social acceptance questionnaire and were analyzed using repeated-measures analysis of variance. The results indicated that yoga training combined with a healthy lifestyle significantly reduced postural abnormalities and improved social acceptance in the experimental group compared with the control group (p &lt; .05). Furthermore, the maintenance of these changes during the follow-up phase indicated the relative stability of the intervention effects. The findings demonstrate that integrating healthy lifestyle education with yoga therapy, as a comprehensive and cost-effective intervention, can simultaneously improve the physical and social dimensions of health among individuals with poor posture resulting from physical inactivity. Incorporating this approach into prevention, rehabilitation, and health-promotion programs may effectively reduce postural abnormalities, enhance social acceptance, and improve the overall health of these individuals.</p>
